today i learnt how make fondant icing. it's those type of hard sugary icing that people usually use for wedding cakes. something like this..  with fondant icing, the possibilities are endless. i can transform a simple buttercake into anything that comes to mind. apart from that, i spent the rest of the day with a pot of earl grey and korean dramas. loves, ali joe |
