 finally, all the projects has come to an end. but this doesnt mean its time for rejoice. instead, now begins the mugging for the exams which are just around the corner. lets take a look back into all the hecticity of the past couple of months. we did our projects at many different places.    changi airport, where we were busily on our laptops till 11pm. it was also my first time trying out the much raved about Popeyes. nothing special to me though. felt like just another KFC. the only thing different though was their mashed potato. my verdict is, dont bother going all the way to changi aiport for Popeyes, your KFC at ang mo kio taste just the same.     we also did projects in school. well, obviously from the pictures it doesnt look like we're doing projects. but it somewhat is okay. we used dai dee to determine who compiles the project. HAHA! and of course there was that time when we did project in the national library where all we could do was whisper. it was so frustrating the fact that we couldnt discuss that we decided to head to Ben & Jerrys for desserts.  chocolate fudge brownie.  my favourite - flower cone mint choc ice cream.  lemon sherbet with brownie. everyone's happy at Ben&Jerrys.    you know i came to SIM worrying that i wont have any friends cause i didnt know anybody. well guess what? i was wrong. the past few months have actually been filled with lots of laughter. so, thank you guys for making my uni life sooooo much better! what have made school even more exciting for me this time round was the many fashion moments i've had. and trust me, boy have i had many. my whole lecture can definitely attest to that. from the high socks, to the vests and the bow ties, there has never been a day where its just tshirt and jeans with me. however contrary to popular belief, i don't enjoy the attention. all the constants stares and whisperings just makes me feel a little uneasy. what i enjoy is dressing up and not taking life too seriously. a friend of mine gave me this really good quote. "they laugh at me cause i'm different, but i laugh at them cause they're all the same'' till my next entry, have fun! loves, ali joe |
